We have done our best to balance manufacturer suggested sizing with our own customer's fitting experience to provide a consolidated sizing guide to help determine your correct size. Free Canadian Shipping On Orders Over $125
Dancewear Centre offers free Canada Post Expedited shipping for online orders over $125 prior to tax shipping to within Canada. That means less money for shipping and more money for dancewear! The only provinces currently excluded from free shipping are Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. The only product currently excluded from free shipping are Rac n Roll dance bags.
Lowest Real Time Shipping Rates In Canada
Dancewear Centre offers our customers the lowest real time shipping rates in Canada and the most shipping options. During the check out process you will be able to choose a variety of shipping options from Canada Post and FedEx. Each shipping option will have a discounted real time cost that will vary depending on what is being shipped and where the shipment is going. Along with the shipping cost will display the estimated shipping times of your order. Please keep in mind that these times are the estimates once your order has shipped from our warehouse and does not include the usual one business day to pack and process your order.
Free Exchange Shipping
Online orders being exchanged will be mailed back to you free of charge via Canada Post Expedited Parcel for Canadian bound exchanges only. If you are exchanging an item please include the item, size, and color you would like to exchange for. As soon as we receive the original item you are exchanging at our warehouse we will ship out the exchange to you free of charge.The only provinces currently excluded from free exchanges are Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. The only product currently excluded from free exchanges are Rac n Roll dance bags. Exchanges for international orders will be charged for the return postage.
Free In-Store Order Pickup
We are happy to provide free in store pickup on any online order from our Toronto store location. You will receive an email once your order has been pulled and is ready for pick up. Please schedule to pick up your order within two weeks of being notified.
The Fastest Order Processing Time
Once received, orders ship out from our warehouse during the week from Tuesday – Friday. Orders placed by noon will likely ship out the same day, while orders placed later in the day will ship the following shipping day. Depending on the size of your order it may take up to two business days for your order to ship.
Easy Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification which will include your shipment’s tracking number. If you have made an account with dancewearcentre.com you can also log in and view your recent order information to retrieve your order’s tracking number there as well.
Quick & Flexible Special Order Shipping
Any Special Order that is ordered will be placed on back order. You will be contacted within 1 business day of receiving your order to provide an estimate as to when your item will be in stock to ship. Special Order items can take an estimated time of 1-5 weeks to receive in our warehouse depending on the supplier. Guidelines on the each supplier’s shipping time frame can be found on the individual product page. Out of stock items will ship to you within 1 business day of arriving at our warehouse. Orders containing both in stock and special order items can be shipped complete, or you can choose to have the in stock items ship first. Please note that extra shipping charges may apply to multiple shipments. Back orders can be cancelled at any time prior to the special order item shipping.
US & Worldwide Shipping
Orders can be shipped to the US and worldwide via Canada Post and FedEx. Real time shipping quotes will display during check out and are based on what was purchased and where the order is shipping to. All international orders are not charged tax by Dancewear Centre. Any shipment sent outside of Canada may be subject to your country's duties and taxes. These charges are separate from your transaction with Dancewear Centre and you will be responsible for all associating fees.
Online Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased just send it back to us. We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date on items that are unused, in their original packaging and with all attached tags and boxes.
Just send the item(s) back to us via the mail with a copy of your invoice stating whether you would like to exchange the item for something else or return it for a refund. If you are exchanging an item please include the item, size, and color you would like to exchange for. As soon as we receive the original item you are returning in the mail we will ship out the exchange or credit back your card.
Items returned after 30 days of purchase, in used condition, or missing any of the original packaging will not be accepted. We do not accept returns on undergarments, tights, or sale items. Shipping charges will not be refunded on any returned or exchanged items unless the item is defective or if there was a shipping error.
Online purchases may be returned or exchanged in any of our store locations. Refunds will go directly to your credit card that was used in your online purchase and will not be given at the store.
