Dancewear Centre offers free Canada Post shipping for online orders shipping within Canada over $150 prior to tax. Orders shipping to the Greater Toronto Area may also be able to select free Same Day Courier Delivery for online orders over $150 prior to tax. That means less money for shipping and more money for dancewear!
The only products currently excluded from free shipping are Rac n Roll dance bags.
Free In-Store Pickup is available at our Toronto Flagship Store location. Just place an order on www.dancewearcentre.com and select In-Store Pickup at checkout. Wait to receive an email from our shipping department that your order has been packed and is ready for pick up. It can take up to 1-2 business days for our shipping department to get your order ready. You will receive notification as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. When picking up your order you will need to have your order # and a piece of photo ID. Please schedule to pick up your order within two weeks of your order.
FAST ORDER PROCESSING TIMES: Orders ship out from our warehouse in Toronto each week day. Order placed by 9AM will usually ship the same business day, but orders can take up to 1 - 2 business days to be dispatched from our warehouse. If there are any discrepancies with your order, you will be contacted by our shipping department to confirm any adjustments to your original order. Estimate shipping times shown during checkout are the in transit shipping time estimates your order will take to arrive once it has left our warehouse. Please allow up to 2 business days for our warehouse to process and dispatch your order.
LOW REAL TIME SHIPPING RATES IN CANADA: Dancewear Centre offers our customers the lowest real time shipping rates in Canada and the most shipping options. During the check out process you will be able to choose a variety of shipping options from Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx. Each shipping option will have a discounted real time cost that will vary depending on what is being shipped and where the shipment is going.
EASY ORDER TRACKING: Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification which will include your shipment’s tracking number. If you have made an account with dancewearcentre.com you can also log in and view your recent order information to retrieve your order’s tracking number there as well.
SHIPPING TO COMMUNITY MAILBOXES: If you are shipping your order to a community mailbox, please be advised that your order may not be placed in your regular mailbox by your chosen shipping company. The parcel is sometimes placed in a communal parcel mailbox that needs to be accessed by a key. In some instances customers have found that Canada Post does not properly leave a key for the appropriate mailbox when delivering a parcel to community mailboxes. If you have not received your package, but your item shows as being delivered to your community mailbox, please contact Canada Post regarding your situation and quote your tracking number. They should be able to coordinate the driver to provide the needed access if this is the case. Please contact our customer service department if you have any concerns.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING: Orders can be shipped to the US and worldwide via Canada Post, UPS, and DHL. Real time shipping quotes will display during check out and are based on what was purchased and where the order is shipping to. All international orders are not charged tax by Dancewear Centre. Any shipment sent outside of Canada may be subject to your country's duties and taxes when the order is delivered. These charges are separate from your transaction with Dancewear Centre and you will be responsible for all associating fees.
