We want you to love your new purchase. If you don't love it, just send it back. It's that easy! We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise in new sellable condition for a full refund within 60 days of your purchase. All items must be in their original packaging/boxes, and have all attached tags. All returns must be authorized through our Return Portal before mailing them back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We recommend sending all returns with a trackable shipment, as we are not responsible for any lost packages. All returns must be sent in either a bag mailer or separate shipping box.
Items returned after 60 days of purchase, in unsellable used condition, or missing any of the original packaging will not be accepted. These items will be disposed of or returned at the customer's expense. Tights, socks, body care products, and makeup must be unopened and unused to be eligible to be returned. Purchases of underwear, dance belts, earrings, ballet barres, and special orders are final sale. Shipping charges are non refundable.
We do not offer exchanges for online orders through our returns portal. If you need to make an exchange, we recommend you to return the item purchased and place a new order. You can also visit our Toronto store and return or exchange your online purchases. Refunds will be issued to your original form of purchase that was made for your order through our website.

+ Enter your order number and email below to begin your return request
+ Select the items you would like to return and the reason for the return
+ Select the return shipping method and click confirm
Upon approval, you will receive an email in 1-2 business days with information on how to complete your return. Approved Canadian bound returns are eligible for a $5 prepaid return label. You can also choose a different return method of your preference, at your own cost. The $5 return label cost will automatically be deducted from the value of your return. Returns due to incorrect shipments and defective products may have the $5 return label cost waived. International returns are not eligible for the $5 prepaid label.
Please make sure that all returns are in the original condition and adhere to our return policy guidelines. Your return will likely find a new home with another dancer, so please take care when packaging and sending your items back to us. All returns must be sent in either a bag mailer or separate shipping box. Once we have received your return, allow up to 3 business days for our shipping department to process your return. You will receive an email as soon as your refund has been issued.
