I purchased this bra for my 11 year old daughter to wear to dance class. She is an average sized girl, and has begun “budding” so I was hoping to find a bra that would provide discreet comfort with clear straps. I ordered this bra because it seemed to fit my requirements, and also is made by a dance brand. The sizing is for very very incredibly skinny people. The clear strap that connects the bra at the back is not adjustable. I thought ordering her an adult size would be safe. She cannot put the bra on herself, and when I get it done up for her, it is so tight around her rib cage that it leaves terrible red marks. The clear plastic bra straps over the shoulders are adjustable, and can be worn crossed or regularly, however they do not remain adjusted. The mechanism slips constantly. I will not buy again. I have had great luck with Yellowberry bras for my budding daughter. The only downside is that they aren’t available with clear straps.
