- Bust/Chest
- Measure around the fullest part of the bust or chest, keeping the tape level.
- Waist
- Measure around the natural waist at the narrowest part of the torso.
- Hips
- Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat, keeping the tape level.
- Girth/Torso
- Measure from the high point of one shoulder, down through the legs and back to the same shoulder.
- Inseam
- Measure from the upper inner thigh to the ankle along the inside of the leg.
