Women should begin with their regular street shoe size. Men should start two sizes up from their regular street shoe size. The shoes should feel snug with your toes flat and near the end of the shoe. The shoe will mold to your foot with wear. To ensure that the shoes are supportive of your foot and ankle, a snug fit is recommended.

It feels like walking on a cloud. I thought it was a little big at first but once tighten it feels perfect with much space for the feet inside! Ready to dance! Delivery was also very quick, 3 days I think.

Just not for me
While I appreciate the memory form insoles, I found these shows way too clunky for me. I am a Zumba instructor and these shoes rubbed too much on the back of my heel since there's no padding there. They would maybe be perfect for hip hop dancers, but not so good for Zumba.

Hi everybody, To be honest the first day where I used the shoes my feet hurt a lot. At my second class I felt better and the pain was less. I still have to break the shoes but I'm happy to have them. :D

Happy with the shoes
I got these for zumba, and overall I am pretty happy. I got a size 9 and I was worried that they might be too narrow because my feet are medium-wide, but they turned out ok. A little snug, but not uncomfortable.
