I ordered this pull on skirt in size TODDLER and it is the perfect size for my daughter. I was worried that even a toddler size would be too big, as she is a very tiny 4 YEAR OLD who still wears a SIZE 2T (or even smaller in pants/skirts). She also has a very small bottom which barely fits the smallest toddler panties. This skirt has a nice stretchy elastic waist which will keep it fitting her even into a size 4T or 5T I'm sure. The material is WRINKLE FREE and is nice and translucent. The ballet/jazz class she is enrolled in specified no tutu's but that a simple skirt is ok, so this skirt is perfect for that. I ordered the BLUE and it is very true to the colour displayed. I'm very happy with this purchase.
