We want you to love your new purchase. If you don't love it, just send it back. It's that easy!  We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise in new sellable condition for a full refund within 60 days of your purchase.  All items must be in their original packaging/boxes, and have all attached tags.  All returns must be authorized through our Return Portal before mailing them back.  We want to take the hassle out of returns.  Just follow the steps in ourreturn portal to easily return your items at a flat rate of $5 within Canada.  The $5 return label cost will be deducted from the value of your return.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  We recommend sending all returns with a trackable shipment, as we are not responsible for any lost packages.

Items returned after 60 days of purchase, in used condition, or missing any of the original packaging will not be accepted. Tights, body care products, and makeup must be unopened and unused to be eligible to be returned. Purchases of underwear, dance belts, clearance items, and special orders are final sale. Shipping charges are non refundable.

We do not offer exchanges for online orders through our returns portal.  If you need to make an exchange, we recommend you to return the item purchased and place a new order.  You can also visit our Toronto store and return or exchange your online purchases.  Refunds will be issued to your original form of purchase that was made for your order through our website.
