General Shipping
We ship across Canada and the United States.
Processing Time
Orders generally ship the following day by 10 AM EST during the week when sent by regular post. Orders placed on the weekend will ship out on Monday. Any UPS shipments will usually be sent out the same day if the order is in stock and received by noon EST. We will do our best to get your order out promptly.
Back Orders
Any out of stock item that is ordered will be placed on back order. We will email you an estimated re-stocking date and will contact you again when the item comes in. Your credit card will not be charged until the item is being shipped. You may cancel your backorder at any time before the item ships out to you.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased from us, please don't hesitate to contact us about it. Contact us at 1-888-282-7771 to go over the items that you would like to return and to receive a return authorization number. Any return without a RA number will no be accepted. We accept returns on items within 14 days of the purchase date that are unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on sale items or special orders. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
